This luxury hotel is hidden among the olive groves on the outskirts of Perugia. A small boutique hotel with a brand-new spa and wellness centre, and a high-end restaurant serving local food and their own wine made from grapes grown in their backyard. Combined with the peace and quiet, luxurious rooms and pool area, this might be my favourite Umbrian escape.
